  • Are you a Permanent Resident "Green Card" Holder, and have had this status for 5 years with limited time spent outside the U.S.?
  • Are you a Permanent Resident "Green Card" Holder who has been married to a U.S. Citizen for 3 years and still currently in that marital union (Are you still married and living together?)
